2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about MK Consulting, its commercial-contract, product, consumer, marketing, regulatory, technology, employment, dispute and claim services.

Website content is general information and marketing material. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice for a particular matter and should not be relied upon without an agreed engagement.

3. No client relationship through website use

Visiting the website, sending an enquiry or downloading material does not by itself create a client relationship or oblige MK Consulting to accept an assignment. An engagement begins only when its scope and commercial terms have been agreed and MK Consulting has accepted the assignment in writing or started work on that agreed basis.

Please do not send time-sensitive or highly confidential material before MK Consulting confirms that the matter can be accepted.

4. Professional status and specialists

MK Consulting is an independent legal and business consultancy. References to legal counsel or legal services describe the services offered and do not represent MK Consulting as an Estonian advokaadibüroo.

Where a matter requires a separately licensed or regulated service, MK Consulting may recommend or coordinate a suitably qualified independent specialist. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, that specialist is responsible for its own work and contracts directly with the client.

5. Accuracy, availability and external links

MK Consulting seeks to keep the website accurate and current but does not warrant that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available. Laws, market conditions, service descriptions and team information may change. Past results, recommendations and examples do not guarantee a future outcome.
